「Z.O.A」日本のロックバンド。1984年結成。中心人物の森川誠一郎は82年頃より"MORE records"（現 Grand Fish/Lab）を主催。以後はグループ活動に専念。幾多のメンバーチェンジを経て86年『Z.O.A』12inchをリリース。同年ギタリストの黒木真司を迎え、以後アルバムを4枚リリース。グループの主な活動期間は1986年〜2000年。
以降は僅かなライヴ数に留まりつつ、今現在も活動中。
現在のラインナップは、森川誠一郎（Vocal）、黒木真司（Guitar）、篠原貴仁（Bass）、PAZZ（Drums）。89年時のメンバー構成である。2019年、Atsuo（Boris）プロデュースによる『Six Tracks』CDをリリース。
