Shipping
The orders will ship within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends and Japanese holidays.
Pre-order items can be purchased now however they will only be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after.
International Orders
Available shipping methods and rates vary depending on the time of year. You can check the details of delivery to your location on the payment page.
All products are shipped out of Tokyo, Japan.
We ship items internationally via DHL.

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: international shipping can often be unreliable and most delays happen at customs offices. ALL international customers are subject to the laws, duties and taxes of their destination country. If your package is held by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to resolve any pending actions needed by your country to complete the shipment.
Depending on where you live and the total value of your order, it is highly likely you your government will charge additional import fees, on top of the shipping fees paid to nyd. These added fees are completely out of our control and cannot be determined in advance. We are unable to provide any support with international customs offices. Please contact the customs office in your country for more information.
Domestic Orders
The order for domestic (inside of Japan) is sent by Yamato.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns other than defective items can not be accepted. Please note. However, in case of a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a non-defective item.
you MUST contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS after delivery if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the product(s).
Customers who fail to contact us WITHIN 7 days of receipt and subsequently, fail to return items to us WITHIN 7 days of receipt will NOT receive a refund.
The returned items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice and still have all labels attached. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Address Corrections
If you need to make changes to your address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we'll take care of it.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect an order to another shipping address after we process and ship the package. The only thing we can do is waiting for the package gets returned to us since there’s no one was available to accept the package. When it does get returned, we can ship it again to the correct address or provide you with a refund minus shipping cost. If you would like your order to be shipped again, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
