Notice of Terminating Safekeeping Services for Goods
If you selected delivery through a postal service (EMS, ePacket) when you made your purchase, our company is looking after your package if your country has suspended deliveries. We were waiting until your country resumed deliveries.
However, in some countries, including America, Australia, and Russia, there are no prospects for the resumption of postal services, even though more than a half year has passed. Accordingly, we will DISCONTINUE the handling of postal services from now on. We are limiting shipping methods to FedEx, so we ask for your understanding.
*For orders up to now, we will continue to look after your package if you chose a postal service.
You may continue to use mail delivery if your country is operating without problems. Delivery methods that you can use are displayed on the payment screen before you make your payment. Please review them.

Please be aware that, due to the effects of COVID-19, FedEx is charging increased rates.
About delivery by postal services
(EMS & International ePacket )
Japan Post has announced that it will stop accepting international deliveries due to the influence of COVID-19. We will thus stop deliveries to the countries from April 2nd.
If you select a delivery method that is currently suspended, your package will be shipped once this delivery method resumes service. Please be aware that this may not be for several months.
There may be a possibility that some packages already shipped may not be accepted in some countries, and will be returned to Japan. In addition, there is a possibility that delivery suspensions will also occur in areas not currently listed.
We ask for your understanding regarding the inconveniences encountered.
Please consult
website of Japan Post for details.
We hope this problem is resolved quickly.
