Important Update: Temporary Increase in International Shipping Rates
Due to unexpected changes in our warehouse provider's services, international shipping rates will increase significantly for orders placed after 12/26 PM(JST). This adjustment is necessary as DHL services will be discontinued, and we transition to a new shipping provider.
The recent changes in our warehouse services were sudden, leaving us with no choice but to implement a temporary price increase. We have made every effort to negotiate the continuation of DHL services, but unfortunately, the decision could not be reversed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and additional burden this places on our international customers.
We are actively exploring options to switch warehouse providers and aim to restore shipping rates closer to previous levels by February. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this transition.
