Resumption of Shipping to the U.S. (Updated Sept. 1)

Due to changes in US customs regulations, we temporarily suspended shipments to the US starting August 29. We are pleased to inform you that shipments have partially resumed as of September 1.

For the time being, all shipments will be handled via DHL or FedEx. Since Japan Post services remain suspended, International (Economy) is not available for US orders. Please note that if your address is classified as a remote area by DHL or FedEx, an additional surcharge may be required.

In addition, under the new US regulations, customs duties will now be applied to all imports into the United States, even for personal customers.

Once the situation in Japan becomes clearer, we will review our shipping options and rates for US-bound orders. At this time, however, we do not know when that will be. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

アメリカ宛荷物の配送再開について（9/1更新）

いつも当ストアをご利用いただきありがとうございます。アメリカ政府による関税制度の変更に伴い、8/29より一時的ににアメリカ宛の配送を停止しておりましたが、9/1より発送を一部再開いたします。

配送は DHLまたはFedEx を利用して行います。日本郵政を使った配送は引き続き停止しているため、International (Economy) はアメリカではご利用いただけません。
DHL、FedExでの配送では両社が定めた遠隔地にお住まいの場合、追加料金をお願いする場合がございます。

また、アメリカ政府の決定により、他国からアメリカに輸入される商品には個人のお客様でも関税が課されるようになりましたのでご注意ください。

日本国内での対応が固まり次第アメリカ宛の配送について見直しをいたしますが、現在のところ時期は不明ですので分かり次第お知らせいたします。
